I knew things weren’t right after I hurt my back. I tried to shrug it off but I could no longer pretend that I wasn't in pain. I was mostly afraid that if I didn’t address it soon it will worsen somehow and I had all these goals that I was focused on. I had heard about Dr. Robert Watkins and I knew that he was an expert in anything related to back surgery, so I had an appointment scheduled. I was pretty nervous going into the meeting but then we were having this conversation about what he could do to help me and I just became more comfortable.
