Ahmad Bradshaw Had Cervical Microdiscectomy with Dr.
There is always that fear that comes with going to the hospital for pretty much anything, and with my neck injury I was nervous about the process of fixing it, but Dr. Watkins helped me through it by making me understand that it is simply just another problem that needs a solution.

I went to see Dr. Robert Watkins at Marina Hospital. I had hurt my neck previously and my team decided it would be better to do something about it sooner rather than later. Dr. Watkins was the first recommendation. His name pops up a lot in social and professional circles like the ones I hang around. Dr. Watkins examined me and he discovered that I had a herniated disc in my neck.
He told me that I would need to have surgery, something called microscopic discectomy because that kind of procedure would relieve pressure on the spinal cord resulting in no more pain for me. He also presented me with a recovery plan and told me that the surgery and the recovery are both to be treated seriously if I expect any serious change to happen. He was very professional and he put me back in the game in full form for which I was grateful.
